Evans Anabah
Managing Partner
Mr. Evans Anabah was called to the Bar in the year 2009 and joined Kpatsa & Associates in 2010. Evans holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, a Master of Applied Business Research from the Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland, LLM in Oil and Gas Law from the Aberdeen business school of the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. Evans also holds Certificates in litigation practise and Arbitration from the American University, Washington College of Law.
He is also an Engineering Procurement Construction contract specialist (EPC FIDIC SILVER BOOK) Evans is also an advocate and has been involved in many landmark cases. His areas of interest include, corporate law, cross border transactions, Arbitration, EPC contracts and commercial law practice.
Evans, who has qualified in ADR and EPC contracts, represents banks and other private and public entities and sovereign governments in various financial transactions, with particular emphasis on their activities in the international capital market
Bettina Kwarteng
Associate
Bettina Kwarteng had her secondary education at St. Monica’s Secondary School, Mampong, Ashanti and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), a Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B) from the Faculty of Law, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2019.
Bettina also has a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in International Legal Studies from the American University – Washington College of Law in the United States of America, where she was awarded a full scholarship to attend. She has recently served as a Legal Intern to His Lordship Justice Samuel K. Marful-Sau, Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
Her areas of interests include, Business and Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Immovable Property, Family Law, Asylum and Refugee Law, Human Rights Law and Arbitration.
Victoria Awuni

Victoria holds an LLB from the GIMPA law school and a BL from the Ghana school of Law and was called to the bar in the year 2018 and prior to being called to the bar, Victoria has had extensive experience in the field of corporate administration and management. Victoria has represented troubled businesses, creditors, bondholders, trade creditors, financial institutions, lenders and strategic investors in complex work-out arrangements spanning the Courts of Ghana.
Companies to have benefited from her representation operate in a broad spectrum of business sectors, including banking, marketing, logistics, telecommunications, gaming and pharmaceutical.
Ernest Kwofie
Associate
Ernest Kwofie attended Tarkwa Senior High school. He has a Diploma and Degree in Business Management Studies (BMS) from the University of Cape Coast (UCC), a Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B) from the Faculty of Law, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2019.
Kwofie has worked as an Investigator with the Ghana Police Service since 2002. He has recently served as a Legal Intern to Her Lordship Ladyship Elizabeth Ankomah, Justice of the High Court of Ghana. His areas of interests include: Business and Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Human Rights law, Family Law and criminal law.
Enoch Deegbe

Enoch is a solution oriented, innovative, positive-minded business executive with deep-seated expertise in Banking and Finance, Strategy, Consultancy and Law. His work experiences span stints with Achievers Consult, Opportunity International Savings and Loans, United Bank for Africa (UBA), UT Bank and Tailored Solutions Microfinance. He also interned with Romanlevi and Associates.
He holds a degree in B.Ed Social Sciences (Accounting major and Economics minor) from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and the University of London, London where he pursued his Bachelor of Laws. He also holds MBA(Finance) from the Wisconsin International University College and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He was called to the Ghana Bar in June, 2020. His areas of focus include, Corporate and Commercial practice, International trade transactions, Arbitration, Family law, Human Rights and Land law.
Emmanuel Duut Kantam

Emmanuel obtained his Bachelor of Law, LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in June 2017. He is currently at the Ghana School of Law pursing his Professional Law Program and hopes to be called to the BAR in October 2020. He earned the International Law training program certificate at International law students Association Conference, Washington D.C, and United States in April 2017
He also earned the Human Rights certificate at the Commission on Human Rights and Administration Justice (CHRAJ) training program in June 2012.
